This is my most popular form of coaching, focused entirely on you and your goals. We work together to develop your vision of health and well-being and discover your unique path to achieve your vision of optimal health and well-being.
Individual coaching is offered with a minimum three month package (12 sessions). This includes weekly coaching sessions via video call (Zoom), phone or in person, alongside email support. Individual bespoke packages are also available.
Group coaching is a great way to make some changes alongside others who are working towards similar goals. In group coaching, you have the opportunity to learn from others in a supportive environment. If you have a small group of six or more people who are interested in working in a particular area (weight loss, stress reduction, hypertension, etc.) for a period of at least three months, get in touch and I will work out a package tailored to your group’s needs.
A single session is an opportunity to receive coaching on a fixed focus area in a single 60 minute session via zoom video call.

Science of Stretching® is a targeted mobility training method that works to open up your body.
No experience required, super stiff people always welcome. I take a very simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone.

One hour private class per week, 15 minutes daily practice (homework), plus email/ text support
Flexibility Training for Golf is a targeted mobility practice designed to improve your flexibility, stability, and basic range of motion, all of which will help you both on and off the course.
Open your shoulders, hips, thoracic spine, and more to find space in your body, improve your balance, and range of motion.
Private and group (max 4 people) classes available
